Training Program
All new D’lish franchisees will receive the complete and full amount of support and training they need to successfully open their stores quickly and efficiently, including:
• Site selection assistance and guidance
• Assistance in lease negotiations
• Detailed design and layout of kiosk/in-line store
• Professional layout, blueprint, design, and construction document review and analysis
• Pre-approved food and beverage suppliers
• Complete equipment lists and specifications
• Store operational management material (ingredients, cheat sheets, forms, beverage prep manual, management manuals, etc.)
• Store visits to assist with operational questions and routine inspections to protect the D’lish brand
• Detailed material on new product rollouts
• Negotiated product prices to ensure consistency and profitability
• Grand opening promotional assistance and on-site opening assistance
• Operational and management tools
Once the shop is up and running, ongoing training and support programs will instruct you and your staff in many aspects of running a D’lish franchise, including:
• Preparation of all D’lish sodas and new menu items
• Effective food service operations
• Beverage and inventory management
• Hiring and personnel management
• Marketing, promotions, and public relations
• Management tools, systems, and routines
• Cleanliness, organizational, and sanitation standards
• Execution of opening and closing functions
• Quality and food portion control
